Iron Sharpens Iron
A Guide to LLM Discipleship
Deon teaches his daughter Maya to turn an ordinary smartphone assistant into a faithful study tool. Learn the Pharber Method for grounding AI in Scripture so it serves the Great Commission instead of thinking for you.
What you’ll learn
The Pharber Method in Six Steps
The Pure Foundation. Start with a clean digital KJV Bible as the assistant’s cornerstone.
The Meta-Prompt. Define the assistant’s identity and holy purpose first.
Scripture-First Protocol. Set constraints before you ask questions, so truth is the benchmark.
Persistent Memory. Put God’s Word ahead of the internet’s generic training data.
The Reverence Layer. Teach it a tone that honors grace and the weight of truth.
Ultimate Verification. Test that it points back to the Gospel every time.
“Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.” Proverbs 27:17 (KJV)
