  • Formspree: processes some of our website forms (such as assessment and order request forms) and delivers your submission to us. See Formspree’s privacy policy.
  • Stripe: processes payments. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe’s privacy policy.
  • tawk.to and Poe: power our AI chatbots. Messages you type into a chatbot are processed by these providers. See the tawk.to privacy policy and the Poe privacy policy. Please do not share sensitive personal information in a chatbot.
  • Analytics providers

SMS Abandoned Cart Tracking

12. SMS/Text Messaging Program

Program Description

When you opt in to our SMS program, you agree to receive marketing, promotional, and ministry-related text messages from AI for Christians. Message frequency varies but typically does not exceed 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. You understand that your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Phone Number Collection and Use

We collect your mobile phone number when you:

  • Voluntarily submit it through website forms
  • Opt in during checkout or purchase process
  • Subscribe via keyword text messages
  • Sign up through social media platforms or other channels

Your phone number is stored securely and used solely to deliver SMS messages you’ve consented to receive. We use Klaviyo as our SMS service provider to send these messages. Your phone number and associated data (such as your name, subscription preferences, and message history) are shared with Klaviyo for this purpose. Data Sharing

We share your phone number with Klaviyo, our SMS platform provider, to deliver text messages you’ve consented to receive. We do not sell your phone number to third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not share your phone number with other organizations for their own promotional use.

Data Retention

We retain your phone number for as long as you’re subscribed to our SMS program. After you opt out by replying STOP, we may retain your number in a suppression list to honor your opt-out preference and comply with legal requirements. This ensures you won’t receive unwanted messages in the future. You can request complete deletion of your phone number by contacting us at aiforchristians@aiforchristians.ai, though we may need to maintain minimal records to honor your opt-out request.

SMS Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your phone number and SMS data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or use. However, please be aware that SMS messages are not encrypted end-to-end and may be intercepted during transmission.

Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for messages that fail to reach you due to network issues, device problems, or other technical difficulties beyond our control.
